If you ever convince yourself that Riot actually THINKS about their changes before implementing them
...remember that they buffed Lethality ( the Assassin stat) in the same patch that they released a brand new Assassin.

So?
So?
So it's just a bad idea in general. Since it's Kayn's release patch they're going to be looking at his stats for follow-up changes on the next patch. Except the just buffed the bejeezus out of the stat he's primarily intended to build, meaning the numbers will be skewed and it will be significantly harder to get accurate data. It's asking for the balance process to be longer and more difficult than it should be.
It's better this way because assassins and lethality were in a bad spot, so if they release Kayn on this poor stat, it won't be a good indicator of how he is/where he is supposed to be. They buff lethality to where it should be, and then can see if Kayn works fundamentally as intended. If he's too strong, then it's a Kayn's kit problem and not lethality problem. If all assassins become too strong, it's a lethality problem and not a Kayn problem. If they nerf lethality again and Kayn is still too good, then it was a both problem. Welcome to the balance cycle. But releasing Kayn on weakened lethality means he might get wrongly buffed as a response to his kit's weakness when it may just have been a lethality issue.
If you've convinced yourself that Riot doesn't think about the changes then you're just simply suffering under your own cognitive dissonance.
You know there is no way Riot doesn't think about changes. Whatever they do is for a reason. Do they make mistakes? Yes, of course, all humans do, but saying that they don't think about the changes they implement at all is just you being delusional

I know they don't think about their changes. Big examples: literally every class rework since the Juggernaut update. Every one of them has been a mess. Nobody has been happy after a class update, not even Riot themselves. There's a difference between making mistakes, and intentionally repeating the same mistake over and over.

Dude you're deep enough don't dig yourself deeper, it'll only be harder to dig yourself out my dude

If you can't respond to the whole post, you can't respond to any part of it. Cherry picking means you know you're wrong.
Well if your argument stems from something inherently baseless then..
I don't really need to address everything in that if I addressed the stem

Still waiting for your point, do you plan on making one?
So you are saying that the champ they want you to buy is made extra strong during the period you are most likely to spend on RP on the skin and maybe even the champion if you are short on IP? Geez, it's almost like they have a marketing department.
If anything, that in itself seems quite premeditated.
dude there's like 30 different people doing 60 different things without communicating and one poor sap with the job of collecting all this together and putting it in the spastic digestible format.
Because Kayn is so broken he's swimming in a 60% winr-... Oh wait
