Because he's one of the few champs that has balance.

You can either go full AP and slaughter people, OR go full tank and CC people with moderate damage.

Many champs you've released can go full tank and still still absolutely slaughter people, but you made Galio so that he is actually good at killing when building AP and good at staying alive when going tank. There's no way to stress how much I appreciate this balance, especially after you released such a shit-show as Warwick, the full tank Titanic Hydra monster.

I personnaly feel like he's subpar when building full AP, and subpar when building full tank. I personnaly feel like he's optimal while built bruiser-ish.

He doesn't seem to have the raw damage of an AP carry when he goes AP, and he doesn't have the initiating power and CC of a full tank.

So far my best build has been item 3047 item 1401 item 3151 item 3116 item 3001 item 3025 and sometimes switching the last two for item 3143 item 3065

But i agree that he does have more flexibility than other similar champions with his build. If the game goes well he can go with more damage or more defense without affecting his performance.
