Can Jinx get a small buff?

She is one of the weakest early game champions for damage out put because she needs to scale up her q to get the attack speed, and her Q provides the largest portion of her total damage output (unless she ults) when in rocket form. But since the Rocket form was nerfed with 15% lower attack speed than before the nerf, her DPS is very low until she gets her second or third item. And with champions like Jhin, Vayne, Caitlyn, Ez, Kog, and Luc who all output large amounts of damage throughout the full game (kog maybe not as much for early but scales better), Jinx has to hope she can survive early game and hope she does not get camped or lose the tower early or has a great support to help her with damage or escape. Her main power came from her ability to push lanes with her q and take towers relatively faster than most other ADCs could, but now that she no longer can push as fast, and with champions who do her jobs better (pushing, tower taking, AOE damage, mild CC), she has not been a good pick imo unless you are looking to go to late game.
