A losing streak that always happens when I'm nearing the top of a division?

Well, now that I've been in a bit of a better mood in trying to manage my breaks from this game and from ranked, I have to notice; as soon as I got up to ranked 2 on the Bronze III latter, suddenly I start losing the next two games in ranked after my notable break from the game within the day.

Then when I decided to simply play a normal game right after before it turned worse, I still lost that game.

Is there something that doesn't really want me to win my games when I reach a certain MMR or something? :\

P.S. Yes, I know I'm a bad player mechanically somewhat (still trying to fully master for example) and I need to work on my knowledge (map awareness and adapting to every situation possible). So I may as well be too bad to even get out of bronze 3 when I'm nearing the promos for some reason.
