Ardent Censer still broken

Ardent Censer is perfectly fine..... The problem with it was that it was all-around a good item, both early and late game. With the tweaks they did, they made it so that its much more likely that Ardent might be bought as a first item, but late game the passive doesn't have a huge effect unless you combine it with say a Locket or Karma. If they nerfed it anymore, it wouldn't be an item anymore, and then they would have to look for a new item for supports with shields to use. Janna and Lulu will now drop down on the tier list a bit because in both cases, their shields would add a decent amount of damage onto the abilities; now that they decreased the attack speed from it late game, it means that it won't as significantly impact the increased DPS from Janna's E and Lulu's Passive.
