Galio
I have never seen someone play Galio though I have seen almost every other champion played. I thought this was the tank meta? Why doesn't he fit in then? Someone please tell me, cause I have honestly never seen this champ.

I have only ever seen him in bot games lol.
He is not especially good at anything. He doesn't do much damage, but he doesn't tank much either. He can give MS buffs, but it is very limited. His ult is lacking in damage and other ults can take its place and be more effective. His Q is low in damage and slow power. Pretty much every one of his abilities can be replaced by another champ's, but be done better (

)
And his cooldowns are pretty high.
I think RIOT is overestimating the power of his passive, and not giving him enough power in the rest of his kit.
I actually find his damage to be pretty good, he can out duel quite a few mid laners. A friend of mine mains Galio and when his ultimate is used properly, it's one of the most game changing ults there is.

Decent teams will just spread. He's great for low tier games
Galio has been carrying his ranked games, so I don't know how low tier it has to be. But being that Galio is one of the least played champions in the game, a lot of people don't really expect his ult.
His early game is pretty brutal. You have to be REALLY good with him to survive to 6 without dying against AD champs. Once he reaches 6 though, it's game on. He will ROFL stomp pretty much any AP champion.
I get pretty pissed when my ult gets interrupted (By like every support that is considered to be a support and most of the top laners, and junglers and some mid laners.)
