Can legend of the poro king really be considered a "new" game mode now?

They added snowballs to the original ARAM so now other than summoning a giant poro every few minutes nothing is really "exciting" about the game mode. I say scrap it and put black market brawlers in it's place or something. Kinda seems like a waste to be hyped for a new weekend game mode only to realize it's just aram with a poro

Well you gotta remember that "now other than summoning a giant poro every few minutes nothing is really "exciting" about the game mode." is very subjective and a lot of people like it.

  • Poro King is blind draft instead of random.
  • Snowball isn't nerfed in Poro King.
  • The existence of the Poro King actually changes game flow, due to the sustain, pushing, and mobility provided by the King.
  • None of the Featured Modes are particularly "exciting" anyway. BMB is classic SR, but with special minions; URF is classic SR, but with lower cooldowns; Hexakill is classic TT/SR, but with six people; Ascension is classic Dominion, but without point defense; and so on.
