Does Kled feel weaker mid to late game damage wise? Maybe a bettet build?

Vs a squishy he is okay but fighting anything else he feels like dog shit.

I tried Bruiser kled but hia damag feels low especially vs other bruisers and mages.

I tried tank kled but felt like garbage and just a glorified righteous glory.

I tried full AD but i either die near immediately or get off a few autos before dying.

What do I build for runes, masteries, and items?

Pretty sure you go for a decently heavy AD build.
