Honestly, if it was up to the forums, every champion in the game would be disabled from URF.

I personally believe that the only champion deserving to be disabled in URF is Garen. He has absolute no Cooldown on his E due to a bug (cancelling early resets the cooldown). And because of this bug that Riot haven't fixed, it allows Garen to have a permanent E.

Any champion with a low CD AA reset is broken in URF as that 80% CD reduction basically means you can ignore your actual AS.

Of these, Illaoi is just brutal as her W not only deals % health damage and triggers tentacles, but also has a ridiculously low cooldown when she ults. Fair mention to Nasus and Yorick who, if they're allowed to farm, will win games easily.
