you forced all adcs to rush it now else they will just lose all trades, additionally the build path is so good and the powerspike you get is as high as bork rush and BT rush but way cheaper, it's impossible to lane as Lucian against an ADC that rushed stormrazor, while you're sitting on item 3144 item 1042 item 1042

No wonder Jhin gets 53% win rate and 30% pick rate

Yeah I mean, ADCs got reworked so they don't deal burst damage anymore, but they added an item giving them burst damage early in the game. Riot's logic
