If you're not hotfixing him atleast disable him riot.

More and more ppl are starting to abuse this and now im just having to ban it, its just ridiculous on how this champ can get to over 7k health on a full build, to get OVER 14k HP with stoneplate which makes his ult do over 2k true damage + makes locket shield almost their team mates full health bars.
After he deletes someone with the very low counterplay flash R he just sits on ppl and presses E to permaslow and do 10% of their health per auto, like this is just hotfix worthy, you cant even play around his CDs anymore due to the new E which has 0 downtime late game.
