I feel like Riot should not change Rylies....but buff the other ap items....

A lot of champs kits were designed and reworked with Rylies in mind. Taliyah would become obsolete without the slow. Victor laser and ult needs it after the rework.

A lot has been done based on mages having access to that heavy slow.

On the other hand, a lot of the other times don't compare to Rylies because Rylies simply has more damage/utility/defense.

is a joke now because it recharges very slowly. It use gain 20 charges per spell, now it only gets 10. DFG is gone an this luden does nothing to tanks. no ap while rylies provides great defense both by slowing enemies and doing damage, does no damage.

The new items sucks.

It like mages have no choice but Rylies.

Eh, I feel as though yes Rylais is a really strong item that most AP mid laners will ALWAYS get for the huge AP and the great health advantage.

I also agree that item 3285 is at a weak-ish point currently. So is Zhonyas, but the passive of item 3157 is still very strong.

Now for item 3152 I think this item is actually still in a useful state. It can be tuned a bit more, but personally I think it's still a good item to have. Now for item 3030 I haven't seen this item since it's release. It's such an underused item compared to proto, at least from my experience.

That's just my two cents though :)

Really? You want to start a damage creep around Rylais? Also protobelt is one of the most build items for mages at the moment.

There really is noting wrong with Rylai's. if the change it it'll just be another nerf to Taliyah who has it for a core item, and already got a bunch of nerfs recently.
