AS it seem we will still be forced to play and ban twitch/draven/zac in the new patch

Because there no nerfs on PBE on any of this champions or the item that make some of this champions strong...i dont care what riot is gonna nerf but something need to be done

But sad day you check PBE and nothing and you wonder why is riot just refuse to nerf ADCs? and dont tell me that riot is really trying to balance and that its our fault because of the meme adc 2k17

NO that not the case nobody asked for DD 30% bleed reduction damage

Nobody asked for BTRK buffs

Nobody asked for draven buffs

Nobody asked for tank items to get gutted

Nobody asked for twitch to be dominant

People were asking for LETHALITY nerfs that make assasins like talon/quinn/kha DOMINATE the game

And before someone say "but if tank sucks then what about zac"

Zac is an abomination of riot balance failure....simple as that like sejuani and when from a whole class only 2-3 tanks are good you know its a problem (Yeah alista and leona bla bla they are support and secondary tanks) which if you think about it support tank items are just way bette rthan normal tank items...riot balance for you...
