Thresh is too strong
He is way too tanky, opressive alone, but his skill make him way too strong. He has 3 ccs (2 being aoe), 2 displacements 1 being a long range hook, 1 shield and powerful escape for ADC.
And for some reasons all tresh players seem to magically land that hook compared to blitz players. So it's either way easier to land or ... i dont know what to say just that i almost cant dodge it when there's a decent tresh player
