Simply put : You can turn around blue side Krugs, but you can't turn around red side Krugs.

.... damn i never realized that method of kiting was even possible. probably because i main eve n ww n either cannot kite that way with eve, or there is no need to with ww.

You don't necessarily need to kite those like that, especially late into the game ^^

Hmm that is pretty interesting! I have never realised that. That could be a huge disadvantage for junglers that like to move around for the extra attack speed.

Thanks for answering ! Yeah, you quite got the spirit ! Personally I do Krugs after Red and then full clear, but after finishing my clear I have somewhat less health in red side.
