How long Riot needs to understand that this champ can't be meta and has a design problem?
It's fun to play vs a champ who is Perma invincible and doing % health true dmg.

bluefire mark 24 votesShe isn't perma invincible but has occasional invisibility. She is squishy and does 280 true damage at most to squishy targets. And you can build 
to make her attack speed lower, heal less, take damage, and have reduced crit damage on her attacks. She's got a bad early but strong late. Just punish her early.
