Mordekaiser needs no buffs

as a Mordekaiser main i'm concerned about one thing

Mordekaiser needs no buffs however if you decide to buff marksmen's base stats with rune reforged then i think a buff to his base stats is needed indeed

I think marskmen will have their base ad buffed and maybe their base armor/attack speed and if it's done, then you need to give mordekaiser 20 starting AP as this is what the 8 botlane mordekaiser mains do in d1+ on EUW

Meddler talked one time about giving AP champions a base ap and maybe AP/lvl, i for sure hope that morde is in those champions because right now the most viable build on him is full ap + full ap on runes and if you don't give him ap then at least give him some hp/lvl in compensation of the one he lost through runes

I don't think giving starting AP is good. Giving AP to specific champions restricts other champions that might have wanted to go AP.

Like for example I'm playing Karma support and I don't get AP but Mordekaiser gets AP. It's kinda lame. Or maybe I'm playing some hybrid champions and I want some extra AP early, kinda lame.

I do think he should have base stat increased but no champion should get free AP just cause. Getting stats from the new rune system is fine because you make a choice their and are choosing specific power out of a bunch of power you could get.

Yeah I know. His best builds focus on AP though. In comparison to other hybrids who spec into more A/S and on-hit items. For that reason I consider him AP, although he has pretty good AD scalings.

I see no champion getting that much AP level one when runes get adjusted. Maybe 10 at max or a growth AP of 5ish per level.

Still stomping those noob - ranked ( ? ) ADC mains who rush upgrade their item 1001 and dont have item 3812 item 3046 and dont have Lethality marks + Scaling HP yellows + scaling MR blues + Attack Speed quints rune setups and dont have boot - free 6 items set late game ?

Sooner or later u will face one and only then u will realize that Mordekaiser needs at least 2 things :

Fix his +9000 bugs.
Buffs to his Q reliability ( not damage but could use a buff to that too ) as it is his main damage tool ( not his W or E ) but is currently very lackluster. even against melee.
