If I good Recall B.C was created for AD casters -> Talon , Ez , Jayce . (it was the intetion at least).
After the change of B.C what are the options for AD casters ? They Need new item ? New B.C is ok on them ?

Teridax681 votesI think it might become a staple for most AD casters, actually, since CDR is hard to itemize properly for in AD builds and they tend to scale very well off of it. Building for it means you won't get 
's huge mid-game power spike, though, and you won't be able to use it to kill squishies that much faster, so it might likely be better as a late-game purchase (though 
is really powerful in its own right early on).

Sire Hippington1 votesfor talon it's kinda ok, he can apply the stacks really fast and on aoe, useing the armoeshred pretty effecktivly, but overall there is a lack of a good new item out of brutalizer, especially the earlly lane impact kinda depends on getting brut for the likes of talon and pant.
