Black cleaver seriously needs to be buffed

Even the ideal bruisers are not getting it anymore (darius and illaoi are liking trinity better than it), riven is rushing deaths dance, even kled would rather rush titanic if snowballing rather than cleaver, basically everyone that should be building BC is trying their best to completely avoid it, probably because its build path + power spikes are pretty much awful and the item has been overnerfed.

Buff its shred, raise its AD/dmg and revert the awful build path nerf, you cant kill anyone in lane by building kindlegem and phage, specially when tabi exists.

As long as Riot reduces the shred for marksmen in compensation, anything should work.

I think that you only need to pick one of those changes. To buff it I would simply change the buildpath from item 3067 item 3044 to item 3035

I think just reverting to 5% per stack should do, or increasing the man number of stacks to 8. Or gives it 50 more hp or 5 more ad.

There is even less of a point in taking it now because Conqueror is stronger than it. I agree, they need to revert its stats and build path back to what they were, then they need to make it require more stacks to cap its armor shred, but make it stack faster on melee.
