Or maybe people simply don't want to carry a bard. He is literally worse then pre rework post nerf eve. The eve that riot personally said, "we understand she is unplayable right now. That was our point. We want her out of the game until we can remake her."

And that isn't a good example. All you said was that Jinx doesn't know how Bard works and died because of it. She didn't die because Bard is bad, she died because she, as a player, is bad.

Why do ADC's flame Bard supports? Because a majority of Bard supports roam at the wrong time and all the time.

When your ADC is a Corki who cannot avoid being Blitz grabbed, Nami bubbled, or Thresh hooked, even the best support might be able to save you once, or twice... but when you KEEP failing to dodge CC, there's no support who can save you everytime. In my experience as Bard, most ADC deaths actually happen when I'm near my ADC.
SenpaiAzir1 votesBard just came out a few days ago, give him some time. It's not your fault that Jinx died, it's her fault because she is the one that chased after Nami and died because of that. Helping with dragon is the right thing to do because objectives are important, not kills. I don't know why Jinx didn't help with dragon in the first place.
She said that you are a useless support because she was one that decided to chase her. Seems like a crap ADC that just blames on other people for her mistake.

No one besides Challenger-level players, Riot Employees and anyone on the PBE are gonna know how to handle Bard as a Champion. He's a wonderful champion, but you don't know how to wield him. I didn't say I could or couldn't handle him personally... since I only play female champs I wouldn't even try anyways: What I am saying is that Bard's skillset was designed only to be effective in highly coordinated teamplay which only exists at the top levels.
To use Bard right means that your team needs to know what you are about to do with it. It isn't just spam 
pullchain, kill the out of positioned player, and steam the map and gg. Bard Requires precision to be effective... something that will never happen at sub challenger ranks (esp solo Q) and therefore is just a troll to this game.
So yes... please think about the details of the consequences before spam replying to me post....
Ahri Carries All1 votesI'm not following. If Jinx dives for a kill, and blames Bard Support when she dies, that's a pretty vague description of the situation. A lot of situations need to be considered.
For one, did Bard have his Ultimate. If he did, he could have casted it on the tower, as 2.5 seconds is waaay more than enough time for a good Jinx player to finish their target off and use the passive movement speed proc to escape before the Ultimate wears off and the tower resumes attacking.
Second, was Bard even there. Oftentimes, most low-level Bards go a-roamin' with no real goal in mind and don't do a few things to set their laner up for success while they roam. That is on the support to communicate intentions. If he communicates his intentions, and leaves some heals behind for Jinx to take if she needs them, and she ignores this, it's all on her.

Stepping1 votesBard is like a jungle support almost, he can place shrines where the jungler needs it and the jungler can use the magical journey when bard is roaming for chimes. It just makes sense.
I agree with the idea of his ulti giving his teammates a litle buff, because Its useless if you want to save an ally that's getting chased, chances are that you will hit him with your ult as well as enemy that's chasing him, so a speed/health buff would help, or even a slow to the enemy. His damage needs to get buffed alitle as well, after my whole team died exept me playing bard, as well as the whole enemy team, I was unable to defent our inhib from 2 waves of creeps. His passive didnt help that much, i had 75 meeps and after 3 basic atacks I was left with nothing to defend with, I even tried using my ulti, but that just delayed the inhib destruction for 2.5 seconds. He will be strong in coordinated teams, but every time i play bard I do great in the laning phase, but my team needs to carry me super strong in the late game, I main supp and i never felt as bad in the late game like the time i play bard. I feel like riot only changes the champs for LCS, it barely touches the champs that are op/week in ellos below challenger :/
