Is RG Ezreal honestly THAT bad?

All of those champions (with the exception of Kayle and Vayne, both of whom are exceptionally squishy and have little escape if caught out) have to be up close and personal to use their SD. RG Ez is unlimited safe free farm and poke with escapes that doesn't really have to manage mana anymore thanks to RG's passive.
And you guys forget that he's of the most squishiest champions out there with no built in CC or utility at all.
saying its strong on ez doesn't say sated devourer isn't strong on them.
i think we need to gauge what level of strong is appropriate. Saying "Its okay because here lets introduce something else that's really strong" isn't the right approach. lets say the original cinderhulk was released along side these newly upgraded jungle items. at 350 hp etc.. would we say cinderhulk is op?
setting a new standard / raising the bar could set off a chain where we have to readjust everything else in the game until we re-establish consistency throughout.
I never said it wasn't strong on him, but there are much worse things to play against than RG Ez.
I think the problem Riot has with RuneGlaive Ez is that it completly nulifies the Disadvantage that AP Ez is suppose to have. (i.e. Massive amount of waveclear, early in the game.
