does not mean he is not strong just means that people dont play him and win. Ashe is one of the best adc right now but if i lose 20 games in a row with her does not mean she sucks just means i suck with her. Most people play whats meta so ashe,jinx,caitlyn stuff like that but lucian got nerfed and draven is only teir 1 since he is a 1v1 monster but not the best team fighter
