When champs like trynd and adcs with no AP scaling are building Rageblade (AN ITEM THEY DON'T EVEN USE HALF THE BONUSES OF) instead of a normal crit attack speed item, you know you messed up riot.

EDIT: It also provides the aoe effect for splitpushing. Why use statik shiv when you wave clear faster with this?

Unfortunate Game1 votesYeah the build up, but once you get it to max stacks and youre in a little battle, you just shit on everyone.
But its initially slow on everyone who doesnt have an attack speed steroid in their kit, thats why I personally think its super decent on elise, kogmaw, master yi, etc.
But obviously for fun purposes, I wouldnt really recommend people play devourer rageblade elise jg, thats a bit too troll.
