Let’s give an ADC champion a global stun with a broken hitbox that stuns even though it missed. I’m glad that her Q can pretty much kill any squishy target through the duration because balanced.
But don’t worry. We at Rito Bias Games need to buff champions that are broken tier anyway because they are getting new skins.

In fact, they do not apply on each damage tick, only on the first of each volley. Go test it in practice tool, you'll see only one proc of magic damage from Wits End per Q volley.

that's just the kind of person you shouldn't engage with. they create realities in their mind to cope with the fact that they can't get out of silver after 600 ranked games in a single season. even with evidence and statistics to the contrary, they can never be wrong.

P.P.S It's a proven and documented FACT this account's MMR got screwed by Riot, not me. I had a 69-70% Win rate in the first 140 games this season on this account. They just happened to be as "Fill" in positional ranking, so all those games went down the toilet and my MMR along with it when they took away positional ranking. I was 95% win rate in my first 40 games with Morgana, and 74% in my first 56 Nami games.

Illabethe1 votesI don't generally play on hit life stealers, but I do play Jinx and Varus, and she does life steal faster than they do with the same items. I've seen an Ashe go from 20% to 95% HP in a single Q volley.
Perhaps the one heal is registering as a value once, but it's considering the entire volley's damage in that value.

No they don't. All on-hit effects are applied only once even when Q is active. Cleaver is applied multiple times because it's on-physical-damage rather than on-hit.
