Season 6 Oracle OP

Hi, this is iPav the teemo player in NA server.

Please, remove the 'DISABLE' affect from oracle while keep the 'REAVEALING' on invisbles.

Note that there are 2 items that does same job in this game, Oracle lens and Sweeper lens. And I am talking about Oracle only.

Sweeper lens : Scans area for 6seconds, disable + reveals trap/wards

Oracle lens : + additional 4seconds duration + follows around champion.
