Fervor of Battle

So many champions are now not working properly with this keystone. Hecarim's E still gives 2 stacks, Cassiopeia's q or w does not give any stacks while Karthus Q does, Teemo's R, Nidalee's Trap, jinx's Trap does not give any stacks. Heimer's Turret, shaco's box does not give stacks while Zyra's plant does. I have not tested all, but this is just a massive bug that people do not know about, or they and you(Riot) don't even bother to look at. My personal opinion is that I want the riot to be hotfixing these gameplay bugs faster than threash's new skin bug. But oh well, threash's skin is the one that makes $$.
