Viktor is being played in LCS and OGN

Whelp, just like Veigar guess they're gonna gut since he's being played and isn't making LC$B1GPLAY$. In addition 's ult is also getting a "compensation buff" for DFG and now scales half as much with 1/3 base damage. In addition his ult no long hits the entire team because that doesn't have any counterplay, and now will select one RANDOM person to take the ult.
