Well, part of his burst is his mobility so.. in essence I'm complaining about the champion as a whole. He's toxic as fuck to play against and needs a rework.
Lord Dusteon1 votesDFG meant if he got within range to use it you died from point and click spells. R being a damage amp means if he doesn't land R he loses a large portion of his damage. He now relies on landing a skillshot to have good assassination potential.
