I tried using qss and zed's ult still did damage.

Play sivir and spellshield it, or play vayne and ult + Q to invis and outplay him (condemn if needed/stun angle as well), aswell as maybe run barrier?

Also get sterak's maybe even run exhaust. Whatever you need to do. It's bad but yeah these are your options.
