So, I have trouble finding what runes to use for AP. I usually just go AP glyphs because I am a nub that doesn't know how anything works ever. I was thinking maybe 6 mana regen/3 cdr.But I would actually like legitimate advice from someone who isn't a scrub. Champions I would be basing this off of is nidalee/diana/syndra/orianna

If you are jungling, you generally take Scaling CDR, Scaling MR or Flat AP Glyphs.
ImTheRealGnar1 votesThis is just the standard AP Runes I see people take magic pen reds armor yellows/scaling hp/scaling armor MR blues/CDR 5%/scaling MR/Scaling CDR and AP quints or what ever
