Duskblade's Nightstalker needs a short CDT
Mainly due to
being able to literally abuse the shit out of the damage bonus. While other stealth champions can also do it,
just brings it to a whole new level. Since once he hits 6, any brush he enters or any time he uses his ult, he can use this passive. While being a good initiation tool, his ability to reapply his stealth with his ult makes him able to use it up to 3 times on the same target (once from brush, then twice form ult).
3 common items on any
are
. All give lethality (50 total). And
passive doubles number (not the amount of lethality you have just the number 50) which then is added to the passive's 50 making it 150 total. So that number is the amount true damage received by the target, if you did not take the precision mastery and any lethality runes.
Now 150 points of true damage is not a whole lot, but 450+ is, especially on less than tanky champions like any AP/Mage or ADC. Now, I get he is an assassin. And assassin's should have high amounts of damage. And they should be counters to squishy targets. But when an assassin can chunk a non-squishy by a quarter of their health with every stealth buffed auto, and being able to do it 3 times. Then it is a bit of a problem. Especially since there is no counter to his stealth. He will be stealthed, and he will get the bonus damage every time. You cant drop a ward or use a sweeper to stop it.
I don't want to take away from the item's usefulness for getting that extra burst out of initiating a fight from stealth at all. So by adding a 10 second or so cooldown to the passive, or making it unable to apply to the same target for some time, would suit just nicely so I don't see tanks getting chunked by the thing they are meant to counter.
BTW Vayne is also able to abuse this quite effectively.
