Balance Zed in 1 step: R does not amplify damage dealt by items

was fine before Botrk was released. His ultimate was extremely strong in teamfights. It even worked well 1on1. With BotrK introduced it just got incredibly broken, since suddenly you could burst for insane amounts of % health, have a perfect sustain item in lane and great DPS in addition to your burst.

Hell, with this single item (later on with LW) even tanks get wrecked within an instant. The synergy between Zed and this item is simply too much.

(I mean: Seriously? Cassiopeia 1.0 and Mordekaiser were gutted because they had a little bit too much sustain when WotA was op. But it's ok if Zed 100-0s even tanks?)

If you're using Zhonyas, it's because you've been presented with a life or death situation and you need a last ditch effort to live. Zhonyas counters Zed more than most champions because he relies so much on his death mark.

Without his ult, he's very weak in a 1v1.

His shadows are very predictable

He has to manage resources, he only has 200 energy and most of his skills take more than 1/4 or a 1/4.

He's incredibly risky, unlike Leblanc who can dash back to her W, he can only go forward ONCE.

This idiocy that zed takes skill comes from a diamond player who has 10 diamond accounts and 5 years of playing. That said, I just realized you're gold and you think you are faker. My bad, let me just take my 2200+ elo and walk out of here.

Calling Garen OP, LOL / topic (P.S. I am playing since before his release)

I have a RL, ya know. I didn't have the patience to waste my lifetime in yoloQ. I made Gold I in 9 days before the season ended. Here's how many damn I give about "diamond pros" (attachment, luckily MMR doesn't require grinding yoloQ each season again).

But yea, flame me if you don't have anything better to do or to say.

P.S: You notice his energy cost - but now how fast energy regenerates compared to mana. LOL. It'ld be meaningful if it actually meant something.

I think you skipped the part where I mentioned that I was playing since Garen release. You migth open wiki and check the years. Since apparently you know how to read numbers.

Zed is perfectly fine right now.

Zhonyas completely counters him

He's useless vs tanks unless fed or lw , which implies your team is worse or he is just betterr, in both cases you deserve to lose (not to mean that in a mean way)

He takes an extreme amount of skill to be 'op', i can't even play him properly and i'm NA's top 2%. Also might because i'm an adc main but who cares

Every champion gets countered by Zhonyas. Using Zhonyas as an excuse is as dumb as an excuse can get. You migth as wlel say guardian angel.

Useless vs tanks? Seriously? Have you ever build Last Whisper and Botrk on him? It doesn't matter if you're a tank.

"Extreme amount of skill, LOL", please try a champion like Orianna whose abilities actually have traveltime. Zed can simply jump on his enemy (or place his shadows there) to burst an enemy at point blanc. I don't know where this idiocy comes from that Zed actually requires some higher level of skill, most skillshots ingame are far mor difficult to hit his combo. He can spam skill in lane without having to manage ressources. Not to mention that he's so incredible save, he doesn't even have to have proper positioning compared to most mages...

P.S: 66,44% banrate in korea speaks for itself.

I'm korean, i speak mandarin, i'm a master tier player in korea, i'm a diamond 4 player in cn, i'm a diamond 5 player in NA. You can't teach me the meta in any 3 of those regions boy, you're out of your league.

The only reason you want Zed nerfed is because you don't know how to counter him or play against him. You're too bad ( crudely speaking) or too lazy to actively learn how to counter him or carry the action out.

If Zed was "PERFECTLY FINE"

He would not have one of the highest ban rates.

Does not matter if he has counters, or can be countered or anything. Does not matter if he has below 50% win rate. As counter intuitive as it may sound. Your champion can still be OP even if it causes you to lose more than you win.

Its a concept a LOT of people don't understand.

The problem however tho, is not just numbers with Zed. His kit is inherently problematic.

Whenever I play solo Q i see many zeds. These zeds get fed. Not because they are good. No no no, rarely do I acknowledge their skill.

I think it's because I'm just bad. I don't know how to play verse said champion and so they seem OP to me. I thought that way about Vayne until i plopped down a pink ward and cc'd her.

If there was a good way to balance Zed, i'd assume it to be like nerfing the range that his shadows go, or the timer on his ultimate.
