How many champs can cheese Runeglaive like Ezreal?

After I heard about Runeglaive Ezreal mid, I was immediately intrigued and started thinking about what other champs could benefit in a similar way.

I quickly thought of Miss fortunes Q double up, as it applies on hit effects like sheen but does physical damage with ap scaling. After testing it in a custom match I could confirm it converts it to spell damage and even allows spell effects to work on it.

Then today I was thinking about Rammus, and how he has some pretty good ap ratios and free ad scaling from his armor, and sure enough I tested it and all his ad is converted to magic and hits pretty hard lol.

This could work for many other champion abilities like Fizz Urchin Strike, Malphite Brutal Strikes, maybe even Eve Ravage 1st hit?

Gonna test Shaco's free passive enhanced crit from Deceive with it now :P can you image the damage?
