Why is it so hard to make Brand viable mid
Can’t they just make one of his abilities do bonus damage to minions?

Saezio4 votesMaybe Q mana refund on minion kill. Can't make him viable past a certain ELO though where people know how to play. He is just too immobile and has no way to get out of anything without flash
