A reply to leblanc's impending nerfs

As a self proclaimed "lb main" (bring on the downvotes >:c), I started this season losing a lot of mains, I stopped heavily playing and and started playing more and more as much as I still play my previous mains, I very much enjoy the new leblancs playstyle. Don't get me wrong, leblanc NEEDS the nerfs, but at the same time, can we please not completely gut her. It will be so sad to see someone who became a delayed mage from being an assassin, to just a pile of garbage. She is probably one of, if not the only champion I feel 100% confident in carrying with. (Especially in this lethality state my god rip all of my mages) But please, as an avid player of leblanc, please don't kalista her, thank you.

she won't be kalistered, she is pick or ban in high ELO which is why she's receiving a hefty nerf, if its too much it will be reduced.

also due to her nature and champion design she is always going to be as good as the person using her, she will always be able to one-shot (so to speak i know its always been a fast combo and never actually a one shot) a carry-type and sustain with good clone and chain use against tankier enemies to beat them.

if you are an actual le-blanc main you won't just quit her if she feels a little under-whelming, i love le-blanc but rarely play or practice her as just like Zed she is almost a perma-ban ever since i started league, personally i am looking forward to the nerf, it is heavy but it will not ruin her as a champion.

also out of curiosity why did you stop with syndra, kata (especially? banned too much now?) and lissandra?

Oh I get that completely, I know in Korean servers she is very ban heavy, for obvious reasons I don't plan on quitting her, I just wanted her to not get gutted into oblivion for being a high ban Syndra mainly because there are so many FoTM champions that abuse lethality and can destroy her. I find her very hard to do anything with the later the game goes on. Also there are really popuar picks that I literally cant beat with her Zed Fizz Talon . Also with kat, idk, she is still fun I guess, but I was really grown onto old kat. Her flash shunpo is clunky and everything just feels so slow ;~; Lissandra, is garbage, I honestly don't care what people say, her mana costs are high as hell, her passive is basically useless and there are better disruptors

clunky? you need to get better at Katarina then, nothing is slow about her, you know you are good with her when you consistently get first blood and or a kill before level 6, usually as soon as you hit level 3 ~ 4

FLASH E IS CLUNKY READDDDDDDDDDDDDD people like you literally make me scream. I do fine with her, hitting almost 60% win rate with her out of 80 games, is quite decent if I do say so myself. Old kat had tricks, she was able to flash shunpo without a delay, what part of that are you not getting?

noo.. her E is alot better now, you can choose where you land ,positionally, on a target and I think I know what you mean about clunkiness but she has an AA reset (the algorithm after landing E onto a target is an AA so its sorta locked within that set of parameters) after landing in her final position with E which is why it may seem clunky, but that is **completely ** worth it, imo.

also good job on the winrate.

i meani like it, the e is nice when you hit a bomb plant its like perfect, and its honestly nice, but I would still really enjoy seeing some nice tricks other than wall hopping which is still iffy.

fair play dude.

Le blanc is actually THE counter to talon, i main the guy so i am looking forward to him falling in popularity i havnt played against le blancs too much honestly but she is yeh considered THE counter to talon, i think as you can't reliably land a passive proc against good clone management and punish with chain into Q.

that off the top of my head though i don't know if thats the actual reason lol.

i'll have to try kata i never like her pre-rework i couldn't get to grips maybe i will now...and yeh man fizz is a butt ache i hate that guy with a passion

Pre 6 is hard-ish for lb. If talon can even get close to you he can cheese crit and ignite x~x but post like 4 you can just all in him whenever Kat is fun, I just stopped playing her I guess, lb just felt more reliable. Yeah fizz is what I like to call the mid lane teemo

.. this won't gut her, they are giving Q a disgusting buff, they are simply making W lean towards more of a mobility spell, it NEVER made sense for leblanc to be a melee range mage, face slamming into the enemy champions, now W will strictly be used for mobility and waveclear, and occasional passive applications,

Nerfing her W WILL NOT nerf her, if you think that, find a different main.
