Parrrley (Q) gold and silver serpents plundered now 4 at all ranks from 4/5/6/7/8

Powder Keg (E) Now Stores 3 barrels max (up from 2 & 3/4/5 based on R rank) Recharge cooldown changed to 20/18/16/14/12 from 18/17/16/15/14

Cannon Barrage (R) : Upgrades now cost 250 silver serpents down from 500. No longer increases number of Powder Keg stored

I checked the statistics and two sites say Gangplank has the highest ban rate.

Which is incredibly strange... because out of a good 50 matches (I'm Plat) I've last played, Gangplank was almost never banned. Champion gg is not up (ban wise) so I am skeptical.

We're talking more LCS level. He's been pick/ban constantly in the LCS.

Sure, I am not upset or bothered at GP getting more nerfs.

However, Zed, Udyr and Graves were FAR more deserving.

I certainly won't mind them.

Seems like they're shooting to nerf his gold acceleration and the uptime of his barrel combos.

Also, Patch 6.3 totally has Graves nerfs.

He is too strong in a competitive pro match where you can feed him farm and keep the game from snowballed, allowing him to snowball off of CS alone. In soloq he is a average / bad pick as he is so late game focused. In top tier pro competitive play he is too strong though, so he is going to follow Azir into the soloq trash tier picks. Maybe eventually riot will try and find a way to make GP and Azir ok picks in soloq while keeping them out of competitive play
