I see someone in my pcik is going to ban Yasuo, so I ban Fiora. In the last second, the guy changed his ban and ban other champ.
A Yasuo appears in the enemy team and we obviously loose because Yasuo at minute 20 can 1 vs 5.

were typically perma banned before the 10 bans was released, so instead of rebalancing these bastard-choice champs, they decided, "let's allow people to ban 
on both teams or even ignore banning something!"

Good to know. I don't want to see a Yasuo ever again. I'm tired of him, I thougth this new sistema was going to solve that, and in my first game someone doesn't ban Yasuo and is lost since the beginning.
I'm still angry about it 12 hours after.
