She can complete just Phage at level 10 and have more HP than an Olaf with a full Trinity Force at the same level while also having 500 times more mobility than a Olaf.
She can complete Tri Force, Steraks and Titanic and come out with over 3.4K HP. Lower her base HP because it is way to high for someone that has stupid amounts of mobility. She is a diver not a fucking juggernaut champion. Lower her defenses.

Very good base stats paired with amazing dps AND burst.
She needs a new passive if she is supposed to keep that burst that basically oneshots anyone except maybe darius with a phage or ninja tabis.
But irelia has been transitioned from a midlane problem where everyone complains to a toplane problem where noone gives a shit cuz its toplane so nothing will happen to her.

8.24 W doesn't grant Irelia a stack, so no free stack on you.
8.21 Base movement spd when from 340 to 335. You can chase her more easily.
