slow passive low cd big damage ,procs luden low cd q long range high damage slow (again) W huge shield veigar stun but instant with aoe damage and shield + stun up to 2.25 on an assasin E zed W + next basic procs all effects spellvamp lifesteal /lichbane/luden making burst unreal now for the ult 130% ap ,with max 500 base,1.1k aoe dmg ,5k on bad positioned targets and heals , wasnt khazix considered toxic when he towerdive got kill and got out with evoled e ? you have next level no counterplay here,low cd ult tower dive or make enemy waste everything on you ,ignire ,exhaust ,all spells,with bigger cds,then u reroll time and suddenly ,no counterplay

impossible,last champion who was perma banned was reksai ,and before yasuo ,but this ,is made by same designer as vi ,and vi had too big numbers on release ,overtuned.aka tank who wrecks faces

if ban rate doesnt prove what does?none wants to play vs something untouchable kills you in 1 sec and disappears with 60 s ult

330 shield + ap ? 2.25 stun AOE STUN ON ALL ENEMY TEAM IN AREA ? i thought all said talon silence is toxic because is one target and 1 sec silence
