Why is Eye of the Equinox the only Support item without Cdr?

Valhalla Rising··1 votes·390 views

Can u plz just be fair and give it 10% Cdr like the other 5 support items?

It's got 50 more health than item 3401 , trade that for the cdr.

Inb4 I know 10% cdr worth more than 50hp but as is item 2303 Is just underpowered in general so it needs the small buff anyway, maybe without even needing to trade off any power.
