Jhin ult does not need to slow at all.
Just saying, he doesnt need to be able to initate fights/catch like ashe can, its supposed to be a executing or dps tool.
So a good nerf would be straight up removing it.

Or a good buff to your brain would be dodging a thin skillshot that your tanks can block.

Pretty ironic for a silver saying that to a diamond.
And yeah let me get my top lane "tank" to always be in front of me every time he presses R in the laning phase.
And yes, jhin is playing the game in a 1v5, he never has team mates to cc and help him land it (and if 1 shot lands youre dead)>
Or the support could block it instead in laning phase? Or you could trade taking shots, because it's execution based and the higher health one will tank better regardless?
It's not a 5v1 either. You have teammates to block that CC for you or do something about the circumstances. If you die after he lands 1 shot (since I'm guessing you mean you'd be hit by the others), then you positioned badly or your teammates did.

Yo, Being a video game nerd totally invalidates having common logic or not in the first place. Why ya standing in front of your tanks. If this was real life you will be transformed to swiss cheese the second you do it.
as someone who doesn't even play jhin, I utterly disagree.
nah just reducing the slow would be better. because if he gets a shot on you , youre pretty dead
It got reduced to 0.5 seconds which is the amount of time he has between each shot. Meaning, if he wants to utilize the slow, then he has to immediately fire the second shot the second it's available without any time for thinking or calculations or aiming.
..It's better to improve personal skill than ask for nerfs. The biggest counter to jhins ultimate (even if slowed by it) is to simply walk the other way when he shoots.
