What's the nerf? The 60% as effective healing vs minions? Honestly doesn't feel like that's what should be nerfed. If they want to keep Press the Attack in line with other runes, it should come into effect like other runes. Make the move speed buff at the very least only come into play when hitting enemy champions and the other runes won't be so bad.

Said 60 when I was in testing on the PBE, but maybe the patch wasn't out yet, I dunno. Either way the move speed buff should only work on champions. That's the nerf that needs to happen, not less healing on minions.
