If those Krugs are just standing there staring at each other, and you don't have minion wave to attend to, killing those Krugs ASAP increases your total team gold - your jungler would kill them eventually, but the faster they die, the faster they spawn, giving your team access to more gold.
Of course, the same rule applies to junglers and minion waves, but junglers don't seem to need any reminder to do this.

don't just do this brainlessly, unless you are a 100% sure the jungler won't come top to farm in the next 3 minutes.
If mid takes raptors and top takes krugs your jungler will be really behind in XP/gold

If your jungler is ganking heavily (and successfully) and not farming very much, it's generally okay to take a camp, although it's always good manners to ask first. It's become common in the LCS for bot lane to take their camp to give more experience and gold to the ADC, and while less common in normals play if your jungler starts top this is a decent way to go about things. If your jungler is dead or on the other side of the map, you can probably ask to take a camp. And, obviously, come midgame the jungler isn't going to be in the jungle as much and generally won't mind an ally grabbing a camp while walking to a lane. Otherwise, it's probably best to not steal camps in the early game.

xBushx1 votesI actually like when my bot lane takes second spawn kruggs, it means when i get them the 3rd time the exp they give is slightly more so I don't feel like I lost anything on bad ganks when I get a better exp boom off camps.

Was Nautilus JG versus Kindred last night. My team let me powerfarm and countergank early. i denied about 7 marks before she even got 1 mark and i ended up outleveling her by 2 levels. My first back was with 1 kill and 5k gold.
What really urks me is when our vision is low and a teammate kills wolves without letting me smite them or when someone takes red/blue buff without me knowing (I NEED BUFFS TOO YOU KNOW)
