"overloaded kit" Not wrong but not hard to get around, he needs the 3 stacks to get you low, it can't delete you, dodging that shield is the easiest thing in the world unless you just can't move and attack, heal doesn't really need to leave, but the damage on his ult does, his Q means jack shit to you as a ranged champ, and a gap closer.
His kit relies on how good Ekko is and how bad his opponent is. Not like anyone can pick him up and just be a master at hitting skillshots.

aqours fanboy1 votesEkko can't delete HP like Talon can. 3/4s at most and thats with insane AP amounts. If he goes bruiser, he can still do a decent amount but not nearly enough to fully do assassin levels. If he could, there would be a much bigger problem.

At least Talon can't build tanky(while doing significant dmg), actually has a weak early game as an assassin, less safety nets, less cc, AND less mobility.
The only thing Talon has over Ekko is building AD, and the itemization that being an AD champ allows. That's it. And even Ekko's starting to take "AD" items.
