R-Q-E-W mid if u have trouble farming, otherwise R-E-Q-W. As support always R-E-Q-W, starting with one point in W if u have an early pushing carry(early lvl 2 with doubleplant+E can be realy devastating)
IF u make good use off ur plants, the longer root on E will translate into alot more damage, especially if bot together with ur carry. It also makes ur ult combo much stronger, as it'S much less likely that one will get out off the ult in time with the longer root.
As support Zyra you should max R-Q-E-W without forgetting to put 1st point in E, 2nd point in W 3rd in Q.
Maxing Q because its cheaper to harass with it, easier to make trade with (your plants will get range) and shorter cooldown.
Maxing E isn't bad but if you miss a E and you get all-in, you're useless.
I don't know for mid.
RQEW for both roles.
I highly prefer e, as all you want is keeping the opponent in range of your plants as long as possible - it´s not the spells that deal most of her dmg, it´s the plants.
Always max Q. It gives the most damage (45 damage compared to 35, and it's much easier to hit and on a lower cooldown), it gives higher waveclear and trading potential in mid, and it's much more effective harass in bot lane. The extra .25 seconds on the snare is absolutely not worth the extra kill potential Q gives you. I can only see maxing the E if you're losing lane horribly as a support and you have absolutely no chance of getting a kill.
First level [E] -> [W] -> [Q] The priority is: [R] > [Q] > [W] ≥ [E]
[R] for obvious reasons, [Q] has maximum harass damage and range, [W] lets you have everything up faster, and [E] snares for longer. When it comes down between [W] and [E], I find more success maxing [W] before [E] since your seeds are up way faster, making your reactions and continuous fighting capability better.
I've been told by higher-ranked peoples that maxing [E] first isn't a good idea, and I agree with them.
