IF Riot nerf veigar's ulti because he can stack his q better

heres a little secret (he cant gain any additional AP due to each wave only having 6 minions) ((his ult saw flat damage reduction because rito thought veigars would have more ap earlier, but he doesn't, they just dont want to see him in the mid game 1 or 2 items vs enemy ap mid laner 1 or 2 items to get 1hko by R alone))
