Riot towers are still falling after 2 seconds, no Riot bumping their hp up with no armor isn't going to change anything, no it clearly wasn't a bug it was clearly a shitty decision just man up and admit you're changing the game pace solely cause Riot wants more LCS games.

I have no idea why people keep saying this Riot never tests shit, everything they release is pretty much final. They literally have a server for testing shit and 99% of the changes made there go live cause Riot cares so little about what anybody thinks. If you really think them fucking over the pacing of the game cause "they're just testing" you're being naive.

MMR on PBE is fucked up, since people play few games there, and as a result matches are unbalanced.
Too little testing, 2 weeks of PBE do as many games as 2 days of live server.
The instability due to the potential introduction of new significant bugs with each release prevents from making the PBE server much bigger and populated.
Preseason has always been for testing. If you play this game and have seen ONE preseason before, then you HAVE TO KNOW that it'll always be like that, each year. You agree to having 2 months of disgustingly unbalanced game because some systemic changes have to be done.

THERE WAS A BUG: the scaling resistances were supposed to exist and didn't exist, and they were talking about that when they talked about bugs.
DOUBLE HP IS IDENTICAL AND INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM 100 RESISTANCE AND IMMUNITY TO PENETRATION.
The total HP reduction was intended but not all designers involved in preseason knew about it, so they talked about it again and found a middle ground solution.
