@Meddler Syndra buffs 5.18

Are they still happening?

Because if they aren't and you're thinking of doing something else, I'd like to pitch in and say, I AGREE. Right now my issue with Syndra is that until level 5 I'm better off Auto-attacking with her than trying to hit Q. The previously suggested buff of the +15% bonus damage to champions becoming true damage, wouldn't change that. Her Q damage at max rank is fine as is I feel, but the issue is getting there reliably, consistently, and alone (your mother isn't paying the jungler $20/hour for babysitting).

That said, are the mana buffs all that's going to be happening? Because frankly I don't think how many Q's I spam out early, no-one is dying to a tickle-fest
