Remove Ahri's cast time on Q
I don't see the point of giving her that millisecond movement speed buff if half of it is gone by the time that Q leaves her hands

qetzel1 votesI'm not sure you realise quite how much of a buff that would be... It could easily push her into "nerf NOW" levels of OP...
However, that being said, I think it is worth a try. I really want the PBE to be more than basically just a bug test.
