he was already perfectly strong and riot came in and buffed him AND his items out of nowhere, making him the best jungler in the game again. I think since he was released he's been out of the spotlight for a grand total of about 6 months.
Guy Fox Teemo1 votes1: The only item that got buffed that he uses, is Warrior, which got 5 more ad after the previous nerf to it 2: He isn't the best jungler. 3: They buffed him very slightly, it does 15% of current health to other targets, which is then reduced by Armor, which is reduced even more if they are lower health, which pretty much AT MOST, make it does like 100-150 damage. At lvl 18 which is nothing.
